Information we collect
We collect the information you give us — such as your email address, your answers to our onboarding questions, and the MIDI files you upload — along with information about how you use DeMidify, such as the pages you visit and the features you use. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we don't store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and improve DeMidify, manage your account and subscription, prevent misuse, and contact you about the service. We don't sell your personal information.
We never use your uploaded MIDI files, or the results we create from them, to train our AI models.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run DeMidify — such as hosting, payments, email and analytics — and only as needed for them to do so, or when required by law.
Keeping your information
We keep your information for as long as your account is open or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We protect it with reasonable security measures.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings.
