Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Your first 14 days are free. Cancel any time before the trial ends in Settings → Manage billing and you won't be charged anything.

Monthly subscription

After the trial, DeMidify costs US$9.90 per month and renews monthly. You can cancel whenever you like; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Refunds

• Forgot to cancel? If you're charged and haven't used DeMidify since that charge, email us within 14 days of it and we'll refund it in full.
• Charged in error or twice? We'll refund the mistaken charge — just let us know.
• Otherwise, we don't refund partial months, but you keep access until the period ends.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from your account's email address. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer-protection law.
